Q. What does the 12 week Custom Workout Plan include?
A. The plan comes with 12 weeks of exercises broken into three phases. The first 3 weeks, the middle 5 weeks, and the last 4 weeks. This allows for the first phase to get you adapted to working out, and conditioning your muscles to the exercises and resistance we are putting them through. The middle phase becomes the real progress phase, as we ramp up the workload on our muscles! Lastly we adjust and keep climbing through the last month of training, by the end of the 12 weeks you will have put on solid lean muscle mass, lost inches of fat around the targeted areas, increased your stamina, strength, and endurance, AND depending on where you started, you should probably be seeing that six pack by now! :) The plan will include the above mentioned 3 phase workouts with listed reps, sets, and exercises for each day that requires a workout. Will also include a breakdown of cardio, when it is needed and several variations to keep the muscles guessing. It will come with a full supplementation list, and why each supplement is needed, and what benefits to expect from taking each one of them. The plan will also come with a separate Ab Shredder plan, specifically designed to help target the mid section, for creating a shredded six pack, strong core muscles, and a leaned out look around your waist line. If needed demonstration by video can be included for each exercise, so you can go into the gym confident you know what you are doing at all times! Efficiency & Consistency are Key!
Q. What does the 12 week nutritional plan include?
A. The 12 week nutrition plan comes with a full calculated breakdown of your Body Fat, Body Mass Index, Basal Metabolic Rate, and how many calories you should be consuming on a daily basis. You will know how many calories to burn during exercise, and how to eat, when to eat, and how many meals to eat. Everything is perfectly calculated to your exact goals. Along with this it will come with a complete grocery list, and over 100 sample meal options, that fit into your diet, and meet your macro nutrient needs for each day!

A. That abs are made in the kitchen. Nutrition is 70% of getting a six pack, the gym is only 30%.
That there are 3500 calories in a pound of fat, and eating at a 500 calories a day deficit is the healthy way to lose 1-2 lbs a week when dieting.

A. My job is not a job, it is a passion. The ability to live a healthy fitness lifestyle and encourage, motivate, inspire, and guide other people to do the same is very rewarding. A. Most common question I receive is will it work for me? The answer is of course. It comes down to a calculated science, both in the gym and in the kitchen. A. I started professionally modeling at age 15. By 18 I had lots of people wanting my help to achieve a better physique. I decided to get all my certifications so I had the credentials and the knowledge to help as many clients as possible achieve their dreams!
